2em;">近年来，随着我市市民生活水平的不断提高，我市机动车数量剧增，城区人车抢道现象激增，导致城区车辆行驶缓慢，尤其在上下班高峰期，交通拥堵现象较为严重，行人过马路存在一定安全隐患。兴平市初级中学作为我市容纳初中生最多的学校，上学、放学期间大量学生同一时段涌入槐里东路，极易造成交通拥堵。同时，据交管部门统计，近三年在中心大街南段（兴化家居苑、虹桥雅居门前）道路发生的交通事故已多达24起，对群众的生命财产安全造成了极大的危害。</p><p 2em;">为了保障人民群众生命财产安全，进一步改善群众出行环境，经市委、市政府研究决定，由市住建局负责实施城区人行天桥建设项目。截至目前，兴化家居苑、兴平市初级中学两处人行天桥的实地调查、规划设计等前期工作已基本完成，且天桥设计方案已经我市“两代表、一委员”及相关专家讨论完成。现将天桥设计方案向社会公布，请广大群众踊跃参与，并提出宝贵的意见和建议。</p><p><br></p></section><section
