visible;">7月6日至8月31日，每周周一至周五早上9时至12时，下午13时至17时。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em; white-space: normal; visibility: visible;">1、初中生7月6日到8月5日</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em; white-space: normal; visibility: visible;">2、高中生8月6日至8月31日</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em; white-space: normal; visibility: visible;"><span style="color: rgb(44, 130, 197); visibility: visible;"><strong style="visibility: visible;">二、办理注意事项</strong></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em; white-space: normal; visibility: visible;"><span style="text-indent: 2.125em; visibility: visible;">1、需要办理或更换居民身份证的学生，按照集中办理时间到户籍所在地辖区派出所户籍室按流程现场办理。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;white-space: normal;">2、办理身份证需要现场采集图像信息，学生本人着深色衣服，携带本人户口本；未满16周岁的未年人需要监护人陪同，并携带监护人本人身份证。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;white-space: normal;">3、办理费用：首次办理居民身份证免费，有效期到期更换身份证20元，丢失或损坏补办身份证40元。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;white-space: normal;"><span style="color: rgb(44, 130, normal;">《中华人民共和国居民身份证法》第一条规定，居民身份证有以下四个作用：一、证明公民身份；二、保障公民的合法权益；三、便利公民进行社会活动；四、维护社会秩序。根据《关于规范居民身份证使用管理的公告》，为保障公民合法权益，便利公民进行社会活动，公民应当依法申请领取、换领、补领居民身份证。因此，依法申领使用身份证是我们每个公民必须要做的事情。</p><p
