17px;">本次群众文化艺术才艺大赛的作品种类分为歌曲、秦腔、朗诵、舞蹈、乐器演奏、小戏小品、民间曲艺等类别。各镇（街道）按照报名情况与市文旅局联系举办初赛，按各类别择优选拔至少3个节目参加复赛、决赛，将最终名单报送至市文旅局文化艺术交流科。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: 17px;">1、高度重视，迅速部署。各镇（街道）要将此活动作为当前文化工作的一项重要工作，作为丰富群众文化生活的重要载体，加强领导，周密部署，在扎实细致做好疫情防控工作的前提下，迅速组织开展此次活动，要切实做好各项工作。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: 17px;">2、精心组织，扎实推进。各镇（街道）要密切与市文旅局联系沟通，细化活动方案，严格参赛节目的选拔标准，确保参赛作品质量；市文旅局负责协调督导赛事活动的举办、组织、经费保障等工作，负责初赛评委的组织工作；市文联负责复赛、决赛邀请咸阳级评委老师，确保大赛顺利举办。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: 17px;">3、广泛宣传、营造氛围。本次活动的宣传内容、推介视频由市融媒体中心统一制作宣传，通过微信公众号、抖音、快手、爱兴平APP等平台广泛宣传、营造氛围，形成全方位、多层次报道动态，通过各种手段，不断扩大活动传播力、影响力，全面调动各界人士参与宣传推广的积极性。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;white-space:
